Our Measuring Services provides exterior measurements, 2D floor plan with room dimensions, area calculations summary and area calculations breakdown.

For accurate measurement, we use the current "North Carolina Residential Square Footage Guideline" approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and recognized by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission for single-family dwellings and townhouses when measuring.

Agent will receive a detailed sketch with measurements details for their file. Measurements are delivered electronically by email with download link. Documents are stored in your account on our system if you need additional downloads.
