Real Estate Measurements and Floor Plan

LKN & Metro Charlotte Measurements and Floor Plans only Service.

When all you need is just measurements our Residential Measurement Only Service provides exterior measurements, 2D floor plan with room dimensions, area calculations summary and area calculations breakdown. This service does not include any media services.

For accurate measurement, we use the current "North Carolina Residential Square Footage Guideline" approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and recognized by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission for single-family dwellings and townhouses when measuring.

Up to 3,500 Sq Ft - $99 + Tax

Up to 6,500 Sq Ft - $150 + Tax

Up to 9,500 Sq Ft - $275 + Tax

Up to 11.500 Sq Ft - $300 + Tax

Agents will receive a detailed sketch with measurements details for their file. Measurements are delivered electronically by email with download link. Documents are stored in your account on our system if you need additional downloads.

*Calculated per NCREC guidelines and aligned with the ANSI Z765 standard for Gross Living Area. NC Real Estate Commission recommends that all measurements and calculations taken by a third party, should be verified by listing agent. *Measurements are provided for marketing purposes only and should not be relied upon for legal, lending, or appraisal use.
